two types of people

There are two types of people in the world.

Those who let their circumstances determine their enthusiasm—and those who let their enthusiasm influence their circumstances.

One waits for things to get better before rejoicing. The other rejoices because God is still good.

One says, “When life settles down, I’ll serve.”

The other says, “Because God is steady, I will serve.”

The apostle Paul writes, “Always work enthusiastically for the Lord, for you know that nothing you do for the Lord is ever useless” (1 Corinthians 15:58).

Always.

That means in obscurity. In frustration. In exhaustion. In seasons when no one notices.

Enthusiasm rooted in circumstances will rise and fall. But enthusiasm rooted in Christ becomes immovable.

It’s not about personality. It’s about positioning.

If you are “in God”—En Theos—then your joy isn’t fragile. Your purpose isn’t temporary. And your work isn’t meaningless.

The world needs believers whose inner fire shapes the climate around them.

When anxiety rises, you bring steadiness. When fear spreads, you bring faith. When culture drifts, you remain anchored.

Don’t wait for better circumstances to revive your passion.

Get closer to God—and let your passion reshape your world.
