Scripture:
“All of them were filled with the Holy Spirit and began to speak in other tongues as the Spirit enabled them.” – Acts 2:4
Reflection:
At Pentecost, the miracle wasn’t just tongues of fire — it was the gospel spoken in every language represented in Jerusalem. God was declaring that His movement is for every nation, tribe, and tongue.
The church is not bound by culture or preference. The Spirit breaks down barriers. The same gospel that spoke to first-century Jews speaks today across continents and generations.
Application:
Who in your life might feel like an outsider to faith? Ask God to show you how to speak the gospel in a way they can understand.
Prayer:
God, help me carry Your message across barriers of language, culture, and comfort. Make me a bridge for Your love. Amen.
Send-off:
The Spirit still speaks every language. Let Him speak through you today.
