1 Corinthians 11:26 (NIV)

“For whenever you eat this bread and drink this cup, you proclaim the Lord’s death until he comes.”

Reflection:

Communion isn’t just a moment—it’s a rhythm. It’s a rhythm that reminds our forgetful hearts of grace. Life is fast. Stress piles up. Disappointments weigh us down. And in the chaos, we forget.

That’s why Jesus invites us to His table over and over. Every time we break the bread and drink the cup, we’re proclaiming: His grace still holds me. His sacrifice is still enough. His love hasn’t run out.

Communion isn’t a religious routine—it’s a rescue reminder. It’s for the days when you feel unworthy. It’s for the seasons when your faith feels weak. And it’s for the moments when you need to remember that God’s mercy is fresh every morning.

Prayer:

Jesus, I’m so forgetful. Thank You for communion—a steady reminder of Your love and grace. Help me live aware of Your presence and Your promises, every single day. Amen.
